Long ago, a young Chad Bokelman wanted to be a paleontologist. Then I failed most every science class I took, so that was out. So I decided to look for what I WAS good at. As it turned out, I was acing every essay I wrote. Joining the Journalism team seemed a good expansion of that skillset, so I did. And that was fun for awhile.

Following High School graduation in 2005, I went about my life. Which included becoming interested in comics around 2009. I found Green Lantern comics, got hooked, found a podcast about Green Lantern (the LanternCast) and became an avid listener. Five years after that, they handed the show over to myself and my now co-host Mark. In that time, I’ve become a MUCH bigger fan of the comic industry as a whole. I’ve attended numerous Comic Conventions with a press pass and found a passion within a passion, interviewing comic book creators.

But since I was affiliated with the LanternCast, I always felt obligated to search out ONLY creators attached to the Green Lantern franchise. No longer!
